in terms of design, I'm a huge fan of spirals and tunnels so this is very neat to me.
however, the way the lines don't join up along the vertical axis extending from the white glow is kinda distracting. if you'd maybe shot some rays of light out of the central blast you could've covered it up, know what I mean? like laser blasts kinda.
