fun and free-spirited

it really shows that you played around quite a bit with track. some parts are awesome whereas others are a little weak but overall a great amount of variation! I never got bored once. though, at times, some notes were off, probably due to your zeal to be creative with the arrangement. :D

kinda acid breaks meets freestyle, I liked it man. :)

Bracksta responds:

glad i could entertain you durn :). that is the reason i make music, i enjoy it and i love to make people move :D

reverb on kick equals big no-no!!

your low end is -really- dirty due to all the reverb you've got going on.

generally, you want to keep your low end crisp, clean and warm so that it leaves room for sounds higher up in frequency.

the bass-end is the meat of your track, it needs to be solid and in place. if it's reverberating it muddies up the sound and conflicts with higher frequency elements.

for bass/kicks I generally just compress and eq them, applying reverb only to hats, some claps and other elements that I want to be able to "lose" in a haze of reverb during a build.

I love the melody, it's fun and oldskool sounding but ya, the kick is killing it. :/

D3MON-Sl4YER responds:

I have crappy software. Any way I can get the reverb taken down? I was using audacity to add the bass and effects

nice oldskool flavour

Totally reminiscient of 90s house. :) Love what ya did here. I'll agree with the statement below that the vocals seem hokey/unmastered but I love the synths you used. :) Nice song, man.

Bracksta responds:

ya, i just add the vocals to add to the alien theme for this song. glad you liked it :)

there can NEVER be too much distortion

those metal horns are locked and loaded for business, good sir. let us commence with rocking.

honestly, really enjoyed it. :) everything's tightly eq'd and produced, even the drums ring through clean and clear. awesome stuff.

all you're missing is a singer wailing about the injustices of western society and how their european homeland is better. :D lol, jokes. but seriously, adding a singer would make this tops.

Sureiyaazu responds:

well I can't sing... at least I believe it... but we will see.... Gorefest 3.0 with vocals :P

I don't like the bass atm....

dope

freddyfinger responds:

thanks

excellent timbre and tone

eq'ing on the vocals seems a little rough at points tho. your f's were coming across too airy, guess it was the mic you were using.

I really liked it though. good layering of the vocals later on.

don't know why people voted poor on this, singing's hard shit. I would if I could. :D

OnceAWisemanStood responds:

Other artist do it for a selfish reason. When they upload a song with a bad rating so they "zero bomb" others to make it just as bad as theres.

beautiful and fun

rambling and aimless much like a child's adventures. excellent tune here. :)

didn't really like your rhythm section at first but it grew on me.

absolutely love the flute melody. really nice. :)

spoonybrad responds:

Thanks much!

oh f--- ya!!!

dude, slap a mojito in my hand and throw the pig on the roast because This IS AWESOME!

:D honestly, great work here. absolutely love it. especially the use of live bass and guitar, basically makes this song. :)

way to go you two!

DesoFreelanceRecords responds:

I'm hella happy that You like it !
That's right, we wanted to put something more than just synthesizers to that song :)
Thanks very much !!

excellent progression

great choice of melodies and synths but ... wow man, your high-end is WAY too loud. it's honestly hurting my ears and I have -very- poor reception in the higher frequencies so that's saying a lot.

eq the high-end on your hats to be quieter and this will rock.

Fredgy responds:

cool, i'll now straight away!
thanks for saying that :D
because i made it with bad headphone lol :p
quite difficult xD

very chills

relaxing and hypnotic. the whitenoise/openhihat you use is pretty neat.

it's cool, a lot of the elements are from high energy music but you've managed to keep it subdued and relaxed. :) awesome stuff here man.

Bracksta responds:

thanks bro :D! now lets see if i can't get bombed, lol.

Life is fun, I like life.
